HOW IT WORKS:
CI-126 *changes Montana’s Constitution to alter the way we conduct Primary Elections.
Under *RCV/Top 4, four candidates would advance to the General Election, regardless of party. RCV allows voters to RANK CANDIDATES in order of preference rather than choosing just one. If no candidate wins a majority (50%) of the first-choice votes, the candidate with the fewest votes is eliminated, and those votes are relocated to their next choice until a candidate secures a majority. If you vote incorrectly, your vote gets thrown out!
Keep Montana “One Voter • One Vote”
