WHAT HAPPENED?
The 2023 Montana Republican-led Legislature enacted a prohibition against RCV, which Governor Gianforte signed into law.
Now out-of-state liberal groups are spending millions of dollars in a backdoor effort to subvert the rule of law in Montana. They paid petition gatherers to flood the parking lots and parks in Montana with petitions to put RCV/Top 4 on the General Election Ballot in November. So far, our legal efforts to keep CI-126 off the ballot have not been successful.
